SUSTAINABILITY // We’re working toward sustainability in our shop and in packaging. Purchases are wrapped in tissue paper with paper tag and coupon. I have begun using recyclable poly bag mailers that are biodegradable. The only part that is questionably not recyclable is a branded sticker :).
We aim to reduce or reuse as much material as possible. We upcycle scraps and dead stock fabrics into cute and functional styles.

5 out of 5 starsThese are really nice headbands. They are a little short for my head but you wouldn’t be able to tell from the outside, I just can feel the band is short. These headbands aren’t too tight and they look nice and are comfortable.

There was an issue with shipping (usps issue, not related to the seller) but Emily jumped right in to help and make it right. She went above and beyond. Super pleased with my purchase.

Frequently asked questions
Do you rush orders?
During busy seasons, I do charge for rushing orders. Normal processing time is 1-2 weeks. Please add the "Rush My Order" listing to your cart if you want it to be rushed within a 2-5 day period. Please specify if you need by a specific day. Otherwise, it will ship within 2-5 days. Please consider rushing your shipping when finalizing your order. Normal shipping time is 3-7 business days after it's left the shop. Priority is typically 2 days.
I paid Priority shipping but did not receive my product in time. What now?
Unfortunately, especially during peak package season, USPS does not guarantee their Priority 2 day shipping. Most of the time the package makes it, but I've had some rare times that it hasn't. Such a bummer! Shipping is unfortunately non-refundable.
My package is lost. What now?
I typically track it and create a claim after 15 days after shipping for domestic orders. Provided it is not an address error made by the purchaser, and if it is not found, I will do my best to replace the items I have in stock.
I had my old address in my profile and it shipped to the wrong one...what can I do?
If you suspect you have the wrong address, message me with the correct one as soon as possible so I can create a note for changing it. If it has already shipped and comes back to me, I will re-ship but the purchaser is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Do you sell your items as sets where there are several colors featured in the listing?
No, most of them are sold separately. You will see a drop down for choosing a color before adding your item to the cart. You can simply go back to the same listing and add an additional color as many times as you wish!
Only one instance I currently have in the shop is a bundle set and is listed as such.
Are your items made domestically?
Yes, almost all items in my shop are proudly made in Cincinnati, Ohio by a team of three people. I have a few scarves that are exceptions due to high volume minimums (i.e.- they cost to much to produce or there is limited production capability or fabric availability). I plan to keep this a rare occurrence.

I've changed my mind, how do I make a return?
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Typical refunds/replacements are for defective product or lost mail.
I cannot return any items that have been taken out of packaging, worn or not in original condition. If your order meets these requirements, please message me and we can arrange for you to ship your item back. Upon inspection and approval that the item is in original condition, I will issue a refund for the product and tax. Shipping is not refundable.
Do I pay international VAT tax for international orders?
International shipments are subject to random customs checks, which may result in withholding and subsequent fees. Some countries require VAT at time of purchase, on Etsy, and others upon pick up at local post office. If you have not paid VAT upon purchase, we want to make sure you are aware that there may be VAT tax incurred when it reaches your local post office for pickup. If you have additional questions or concerns, please let me know.
Care instructions
Most of my scrunchies are hand wash or gentle cycle machine wash. Please air dry. 100% Natural Silk items are not washable. I will indicate within the listing if this is the case. Currently, I only have one item that is 100% Natural Silk.
